James Dean Memorial Gallery hosted The Bel Airs
David Loehr has unveiled his art-deco building at exit 59 off Interstate 69, Gas City, Indiana. One band that played for the opening was The Bel Airs from Fort Wayne, Indiana. I am one of their thousand loyal fans, so when Tim’s daughter Danielle volunteered to sing a few songs, I took the opportunity to record these memories. Danielle has grown up and moved away, so we don’t hear her in Fort Wayne much, any more.
This page is for all Danielle’s fans.
Technical note: the tent was red, and my camera complained. I’ve tried to get the red out!
