CALLING ALL BEAR SCOUTS!!!

Explore the Limberlost Swamp and State Historic Site where famous naturalist Gene Stratton-Porter once made fascinating wildlife discoveries. Take part in “Sharing your World with Wildlife” activities in order to earn Bear Achievement #5. Activities include building your own bird house, discovering wetland animals and habitats, engaging in conservation efforts to protect natural environments, and receiving a guided tour of the Loblolly Nature Preserve where you can come face to face with wetland creatures. A light afternoon snack will accompany your quest in becoming young naturalists.
