1. and 2.  Girl Scouts and Susan Campbell's "SWAPS",  Special Whatchamacallits Affectionately Pinned   Somewhere

3.  Creative Arts Ballet Guild's Christmas Grace by Susan Batdorff and Elizabeth Leonard.

4. and 5.  Enchanting Nature by Donna Ballinger.  The ornaments are hand-painted locust pods.  This tree drew a lot of attention. Donna Ballinger has a website.

6, 7, 8 and 9.  Unidentified so far, alas.

12.  White white white bulbs and ribbon!  Unknown title. Send me clues.
